Order Processing

Every LÅWE order is prepared and dispatched from Slovenia. Orders are made, personalised where applicable, prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. All shipping services include tracking; we’ll email the tracking details when your order is dispatched. For US orders, import duties, taxes and any carrier clearance charges are not collected at checkout and may be payable by the recipient on import.

Delivery times below begin once your order has been dispatched. Processing and delivery times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

Slovenia

Shipping within Slovenia is free.

Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days from dispatch.

European Union

For European Union destinations outside Slovenia:

Standard shipping: €10
Free standard shipping on orders over €100
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch

We currently do not offer a separate express shipping service for other European Union destinations.

EU orders are not subject to customs duties or import fees.

Israel

Standard shipping: €19.90
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

United States

Standard shipping: $15
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch
Express shipping: $35
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch
Express shipping is free on orders over $150
