Order Processing
Every LÅWE order is prepared and dispatched from Slovenia. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Delivery times below begin once your order has been dispatched. Processing and delivery times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.
Slovenia
Shipping within Slovenia is free.
Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
European Union
For European Union destinations outside Slovenia:
- Standard shipping: €10
- Free standard shipping on orders over €100
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch
We currently do not offer a separate express shipping service for other European Union destinations.
EU orders are not subject to customs duties or import fees.
Israel
- Standard shipping: €19.90
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
United States
- Standard shipping: $15
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch
- Express shipping: $35
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Express shipping is free on orders over $150
Duties and import taxes for US orders are calculated and collected at checkout. There should be no additional import charges due on delivery.

Tracking information is provided by email when available for the selected shipping service. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
