Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most international orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches, occasional items may require a short preparation period before shipping. If an order requires additional time, we always communicate this clearly. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Do you offer customization or personalization?
Yes. All LÅWE pieces are available with complimentary letter embossing — a single initial in classic or italic style, in your choice of natural, golden, silver, or metallic blue.
Simply enter your letter and preferences at the product page before adding to cart. Each embossing is applied by hand in our studio as part of the making process.
